Broker's Comments
*** Engines and generator serviced March 2024 ***
2023 surveyor's quote: "With all the work and investment this vessel has had it is probably one of the finest examples to be found."
Her stbd engine has been recently stripped, refurbished almost down to the last nut and bolt and refitted with all the right new spare parts, complete with a very successful sea trial on 1st October. There are approximately 3 hours left to run it in correctly.
This beautiful looking - inside and out! - C-Kip 46 small ship has had much painstaking investment in her in the last two years - please do look carefully at her details to understand just how much work has gone into vital maintenance, to ensure that she's fit and ready for the next stage of her life.
Her accommodation really is a place to feel good and relax in comfort and style - lovely wood everywhere, huge windows and space everywhere for relaxation and also plenty of stowage.
The aft head compartment has been worked on very recently and so her owner has left it as a blank canvas for her next owner to fit out, with minimal outlay. The port aft guest cabin has similar work to do, but in a very much smaller way.
The propulsion plant and systems have been updated and maintained by a trusted local engineer and there is much new equipment below.
All in all, she seems like a fine ship, ready for a new lease of life with a set of loving owners - they may opt to attend to maintaining her original teak decking areas, whilst much of her upper deck is of the faux teak type and looks in really good shape to me.
