Broker's Comments

They just don’t make boats like this anymore and that is just such a shame as the Mitchells are perfect for so many activities – weekend runabout, family boat or fishing. The large deep cockpit affords safety and comfort and the high bow with large wheelhouse gives plenty of shelter from stormy weather. Of important note with this boat is that a programme of works has been agreed with the owner to include: Replacing some wood and the hawse pipe on the foredeck; fixing some minor damage to the rubbing strake port aft; renovation to the rudder stock; re-painting the decks and wheelhouse; antifoul; replace anodes as required; and a full service of the engine. The vendor is prepared to consider offers with either all, none or some of these works! Mitchells are always in demand so don’t hang around on this one.
