Broker's Comments
A very, very good example of the ever popular small Freeman's. The later model 23 attracts the most interest and this example will not disappoint. The internal woodwork is excellent, not only in the cabin but in the cockpit as well. The engine is the more desirable later "X Flow" with a good pedigree with respect to maintenance.
Externally she is very clean needing no attention and a canopy that whilst needing a clean is in very good condition.
She does not have heating nor hot water, she is just as she was intended for the time and she has been kept to this high standard.
