A very nice example of a Falcon 23 SPC.

These boats are a brilliant buy, with a great deal packed into a relatively small space. A large saloon area with a double berth and galley and a very separate double aft cabin. Loads of lounging space in the cockpit and good room at the stern for fishing etc.

This boat has been meticulously looked after, theres a comprehensive work file detailing annual maintenance and various upgrades.
The possibility of a Truro river pontoon berth subject to approval adds to the overall package.
If you are looking for an inexpensive pocket cruiser equally at home chugging around rivers or flat out at 30 knots plus I think these Falcons are pretty unbeatable.
The boat has been recently anti fouled and is as ready for the new season as any boat we have had for sale recently.
