Broker's Comments

The Chien Hwa Boat Company, also known as CHB and located in Tiawan, built thousands of boats for the U.S. market in the 70s, 80s, and 90s. CHBs are well known for their heavy construction and beautiful teak woodwork. The twin Ford Lehman diesel configuration was common on most CHBs.
There are a lot CHB's on this coast but very few with the large aft deck that this model has. Since it is a wide body aft the Master state room is much larger.

The addition of a 3 KW generator on this boat is a nice feature and the inverter/charger is also a recent upgrade.

Included in the nice teak interior is teak parquet on all interior floors. In todays market it would be very expensive to include this much teak, which is enduring and beautiful. Another positive maintenance item is that both the wood-covered saloon deck and the aft stateroom deck have been refastened and refinished.

All external wood work is in excellent condition.
