Broker's Comments

The mark 1 Southerly 115 occupies a niche position in the yacht market. No other builder seems to offer the same versatility and build quality of the Northshore Southerly range.

The 115 is a superb yacht with a spacious and very sociable interior layout, potentially making her ideal for two couples, a family, or a group of friends for extended cruising in a good degree of comfort, despite the weather.

With a good clean though and some light maintenance and tlc, she represents a really lovely example of one of these sought-after yachts - especially sought-after for the lifting keel, which enables flexibility and entry to water which may not be possible for other yachts!

Her owners tell us that the keel and grounding plate were returned to Iron Brothers in Wadebridge, Cornwall for complete refurbishment in 2010.
