The last hull maintenance will be done in 07/2024 with one antifouling coat.
The fuel tank will be also changed by a new tank of 200L.

You can board the boat via the forepeak or the sides. The foredeck features outdoor cushions that can be set up to create a sunbathing area for two people (see my photos).
The aft deck offers a pleasant terrace where four people can sit on the side benches. It is shaded by a new awning installed in 2017.
On the starboard side, a two-burner gas stove and a sink can be converted into a table or a seat when not in use. There is also a deck shower with hot water (100 L hot water tank).
On the port side, the helm is equipped with a bow thruster, a depth sounder, and a VHF radio.
This is also where you access the engine room and the boat's technical equipment via hatches, which are convenient for maintenance.
Three steps lead down to the saloon, where there is 1.82 meters of headroom. On the port side, a four-seat dinette converts into a double bed measuring 210 x 100 cm, and on the starboard side, a single bed measuring 60 x 180 cm with storage underneath small hatches.
Heating on board is provided by an Airtronic forced air heater.
Also on the port side, there is a brand-new fridge (2023) from Iceking operating on 220V.
Further forward on the starboard side, there is an electric toilet with a sink and a headroom of 1.50 meters.
Finally, in the forepeak, there is a headroom of 1.65 meters and two single beds measuring 90 cm at their widest and 180 cm at their longest. There is also access to the bow thruster here.
Numerous spare parts are on board. All the boat’s equipment and everything you see in my photos and videos are included in the sale.

Based on the Balearic fishing boats, the Llauts are to the Spanish Mediterranean coast what the Cornish crabbers are to the British west coast. Famous for their seaworthy traditional lines and a reputation for comfortable motion and everything you need to enjoy a sunny cruising lifestyle.
Accommodation for 2+2 with great outdoor spaces including galley & shower. This is a little-used example and unusually has a moderately powered single engine (instead of the usual twin gas guzzlers) making it as much economical fun of rivers and creeks as open water.
