Broker's Comments

This cosy barge is deceptively large inside with 3 good sized cabins and a family sized bathroom. The main saloon provides a very comfortable living space, with a small office area on the starboard side.

The galley is in the wheelhouse which has double-glazed window all round, allowing uninterrupted views across the river.

The berth at Port Medway is potentially transferable via negotiation with the marina owners. It is conveniently situated a few minutes from Cuxton railway station, with regular services into London, via Strood and the high speed line to St Pancras (35 mins).

The current mooring fees are £5912pa.

The hull has been epoxy coated and had new anodes in 2018 when she was last out of the water.
