Broker's Comments
Birchwood 33, strong reliable motor cruiser equally at home on river or sea.
Capacious internally built to a quality usually found in the most expensive of vessels, this example is well presented and is a lot of boat for the money.
The topsides have been previously painted and are showing signs of wear and would benefit from re doing now. That said, the boat has been well looked after mechanically, the engines were overhauled recently and work perfectly. These boats make great live aboards although this example has never been used for this purpose.
The owner has told me he is very keen to sell this boat, ready for a deal and will even consider part exchange for a smaller power boat if that helps the sale.
