Broker's Comments

Westerly’s are a well-respected builder. The Seahawk is the next generation of Westerly’s designed by Edward Dubois. She is easy to handle by a couple yet she has a good turn of speed while capable of withstanding a blow.
She is the bilge keel version so you can explore rivers and creeks and you have the benefit of being able to dry out on sandy beaches, drying harbours and moorings.
The accommodation is luxurious and very spacious. She can sleep up to 7 in 3 separate cabins. This version has a number of extras which have all been fitted by the manufacturer, including a cockpit screen and a sky light hatch over the saloon table. The hatches have blinds and fly screens fitted. There is an opening hatch in the heads. There is a TWC charging unit and a mains unit. She has a self-pitching 3 bladed auto prop which aids sailing efficiency plus is fuel efficient. A rope cutter is also fitted.
The yacht has been under the same ownership for over 18 years and has been well cared for by a fastidious owner. She has been anti fouled, new anodes fitted and the engine has been serviced for this season. She is an ideal ocean cruiser, perfect for family holidays and weekend cruises or could be considered as a comfortable live aboard.
