Broker's Comments

Boatshed Falmouth are delighted to offer for sale a really very well presented Nicholson 31. The current owner has attended to her with meticulous detail as can been seen in the attached photos and like all classic beauties she does not look her age.

Many items have been recently renewed or replaced and the hull was epoxied in 2011.

I would suggest that early viewing is recommended as this is such a great example.

The Marina berth is also available until 1 July 2017
