Broker's Comments

This houseboat project would be perfect for someone looking to design their own floating home from scratch.

The hull was originally a Thames Lighter Barge built around 1920 and at 75 foot long with an 18 foot beam, there is great potential here to acquire a sizeable base for a luxury floating home.

The mobile home is included as part of the sale and is perfectly habitable currently but this project is more suited to a full refurbishment.

The boat is currently moored in Brentford but is NOT being sold with a mooring.

This Houseboat Project has been personally photographed and viewed by Angus Rose of Boatshed London. Click here for contact details.

Hi Steve, there is no engine, it is a dumb barge that has potential for full conversion
