Broker's Comments

As you step aboard this Cobra 1050, you immediately realise that it is a quality, solidly built yacht. She was built by Cobra Yachts UK and was fitted out by her current owner who bought the hull and engine as new. She was fully commissioned in 1997. Since then she has been equipped and maintained to a high standard.
Down below, she is in very good condition for a boat of her age. As with all boats of this vintage there will always be issues that require attention, in this case some interior lining has come adrift, and the heads where the shower needs to be connected.
The submersible bilge pump also needs some attention.
