Broker's Comments

This well-maintained and upgraded Caltalina 36 is offered at a "below market" price. Webasto cabin heat, new main sail, March 2011 survey with very few findings make this a great buy. The 36 footer has been one of the most popular of the well-considered Catalinas. It's a roomy, easy sailing boat. This one has been as far north as Desolation Sound.
