Broker's Comments

The Bavaria 37 is a good classic modern solid design that offers good cruising performance and a high standard of finish and accommodation.

The decks are clear and uncluttered and the cockpit feels safe and comfortable and has a variety of options for whatever the weather has in store with a sprayhood, bimini and full enclosure all in good condition

She has a very easy sail plan with both furling main and headsail so all lines lead back to the cockpit and she also carries a cruising chute and still has her spare original sails

Down below there is a feel of good quality build and attention to detail. This particular example is the owners version, with a preference for space rather than lots of cabins and has a bright, airy and spacious interior and with good headroom and lots of storage. The timber and upholstery all appear extremely well looked after and she is presented very nicely and clean and dry thanks to an extractor fan running in the saloon. You can really feel and smell the benefit

There are extras put aboard for extended cruising including reinforced aluminium companionway security doors and she comes equipped with a tender and outboard and everything you need to sail away
