Broker's Comments

These boat details are subject to contract.

This sailing boat has been modified over the years for living and comfort. The outside deck will be repainted with non-skid.

The owner is living on board and is also chartering at the same time. The interior and the boat itself, makes you feel the warmth which new boats are missing due to their composite nature.

The waste water tanks are brand new and the aft cabin has a custom made head, making it a three cabin sailing boat with two heads. She has a very clean nature, especially the bilges, batteries and engine. The owner has been in boats all his life and this makes her a considerable good boat in her class.
