Reduction to 117,500! This 44 Atlantic is ideal for living aboard or cruising long distances in comfort. There is no built in furniture in the saloon or aft deck so it is highly customizable. With an island queen in a large full-beam master stateroom this boat makes a great live-a-board or very comfortable cruiser. The large aft deck has a refrigerator and plenty of room for entertaining. This boat has a tremendous amount of storage hidden behind beautiful wood-work. The twin CAT 3208 Diesels have only 1600 hours. With new Diesel heat and electronics, this boat is a great value. Call 206-719-2766 to see this well cared for two-owner boat.
